Ziengs Schoenen has given Brickstone Retail the exclusive mandate for the Dutch retail expansion. Since then new stores have been opened in Utrecht, Amstelveen, Haarlem, Zoetermeer, Woerden, Arnhem, Den Bosch and Doetinchem.
Bricktone Retail is on the lookout for prime locations in the ten main Dutch and Belgium cities for the expansion of Guess.
On behalf of the Swatch Group, Brickstone Retail has leased a flagship store on Kalverstraat
for the Swatch concept. This is a relocation from the Kalvertoren shopping centre. The new flagship store is located near other international retail concepts such as Forever21, Urban Outfitters, Under Armour and Topshop.
On behalf of Expresso (part of the FNG Group), Brickstone Retail rented out the store on Heiligeweg in Amsterdam to Nespresso. Expresso was subsequently relocated to the Kalverstraat. In The Hague, Brickstone Retail rented out the store on Spuistraat to Tele2 and relocated Expresso to the Hoogstraat.
On behalf of Casa, Brickstone Retail has been been given the exclusive mandate for the expansion of Casa in The Netherlands. Part of the mandate involves the takeover of 110 Xenos stores.
On behalf of Just Brands, Brickstone Retail is responsible for the expansion in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Just Brands currently has two PME Legend stores in Belgium (Antwerp and Gent) and one in Germany (Oberhausen).
