Brickstone Retail advised the Termeer family (owners of Sacha Shoes) in the acquisition of Manfield from the bankrupt Macintosh Retail Group.
As a result of the acquisition, 42 Manfield stores will be maintained. Manfield stores are primarily situated at prime locations in major Dutch cities including Utrecht, Rotterdam, Maastricht, The Hague and Amsterdam.
On behalf of Ziengs Schoenen, Brickstone Retail advised in the acquisition of Scapino from the bankrupt Macintosh Retail Group.
As a result of the acquisition, 170 Scapino stores will be maintained. New rental agreements have been signed with the landlords of almost all the stores.
On behalf of Van Uffelen, Brickstone Retail realized the acquisition of 12 stores from the bankrupt Houtbrox.
On behalf of several investors, and in collaboration with the receiver, Brickstone Retail handled the relaunch of the bankrupt La Ligna.
As a result of this relaunch 44 stores will be maintained. New rental agreements were signed with the owners of all the stores.
On behalf of the receiver, Brickstone Retail made an inventory of the entire portfolio and explored various strategic options.
