Brickstone supervised the purchase transaction on behalf of the private fund Actipierre Europe, a fund managed by AEW. The shopping center of 8,200 m2 is located in the city center of Den Bosch, has 17 units and is let for approximately 95% to strong tenants such as Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, H & M, New Yorker and Bestseller.
Brickstone Retail has commercially assisted buyer OCP with the purchase of 3 neighborhood shopping centers. The shopping centers are: Harderwijk Stadsdennen (5,500 m²), The Hague Leyenburg (6,000 m²) and Beverwijk Beverhof (10,200 m²). All three shopping centers have two supermarkets as anchor tenants (Jumbo, Deen, Aldi, Boni and two Albert Heijn supermarkets. Brickstone Retail has done the commercial underwriting in this transaction as well as the commercial DD.
Brickstone advised EPISO 4 on the sale of Raaks shopping center to KGAL. The shopping center consists of approximately 12,100 m² with main tenants such as Albert Heijn, Bever, Pathé and Intersport. EPISO 4 is an opportunity fund and is advised by Tristan Capital Partners and Timeless Investments. The shopping center is fully let to 17 retailers, offers strong tenant mix of national retail chains and local retailers and has a remaining lease term of just below eight years. Brickstone Retail supervised the sale of the shopping center on behalf of EPISO 4.
On behalf of Rabobank Amsterdam, Brickstone Retail sold the hotel annex restaurant located on Haarlemmerstraat 116-120. The hotel hosts 22 rooms on the upper floors and a hospitality area on the ground floor and in the basement. The purchaser was an Asian hotel investor.
On behalf of an institutional investor, Brickstone Ratail acquired a large high street retail portfolio consisting of 22 standalone high street assets in the Netherlands. Parties agreed not to disclose further details.

Brickstone retail has sold to PATRIZIA Immobilien AG Neighborhood shopping center Almelo Schelfhorst on behalf of a joint venture of two private investors. The neighborhood shopping center of 6,800 m² has 25 units and is fully let, with supermarkets Dirk and Albert Heijn being the largest tenants. Brickstone Retail acted on behalf of the seller.
On behalf of EPISO 4 opportunity-style fund , managed by Tristan Capital Partners and Timeless Investments, Brickstone Retail has sold a supermarket complex to property investor Annexum. The complex consist of a long-term rented EMTÉ supermarket, a few day shops, a parking deck and 7 upstairs appartments. Brickstone Retail guided the sales process on behalf of the seller.
Retail Assets Investments purchased a 27,000 m 2 retail portfolio for 60 million euros. The retail portfolio consists mainly of supermarkets. The purchaser is a joint venture between the Dutch Cairn Real Estate and the Singaporean AT Capital.
On behalf of Tristan Capital partners, Brickstone Retail sold the prime retail investment property Vredenburg 9 in Utrecht to listed real estate investors Vastned. The investment has been rented out to CoolCat and Sacha.
On behalf of a private equity party Brickstone sold the Koperwiekplein neighborhood shopping center to a private professional investor. This neighborhood shopping center is 5,500 m² and has the following main tenants: DekaMarkt, Deen, Action and Kruidvat. Brickstone Retail acted on behalf of the seller.
On behalf of a number of private investors, Brickstone Retail has sold a number of stores to a private party. The shops with upstairs apartments are located at Kerkstraat 43 and 53 and are leased to Just Brands and Trendwatcher.
The shopping center consists of approximately 18,000 m² and is leased to Albert Heijn, Lidl and Hema, among others. Brickstone advised the buyer. The transaction was initiated and completed in a very short period of time.
Both convenience shopping centres have two supermarkets and a well-diversified attracting branche mix for their visitors. Westwijk is approx 8.700 m² and Uithoorn has approx. 13.300 m². Vendor, Tristan Capital Partners / Sectie5, was advised by Brickstone and Cushman &Wakefield.
